Employment and Contingent Labor Associate

Atlanta, GA: Immediate opening for a full-time associate in our Atlanta office with 4-6 years of experience. Our practice focuses on representing and advising public and private companies, executives, management, investment companies, and boards of directors with regard to employment/HR laws, contingent labor, and restrictive covenants/employment agreements/severance agreements, and involves a blend of counseling, transactional work, and litigation.  The preferred candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class from a first tier law school), strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and 4-6 years of related experience.  In addition, the preferred candidate will have contingent labor experience, including working with PEO’s, staffing, payrolling, MSP, VMS, and/or temporary staffing or labor companies.
