Employment and Labor Associate

New York, NY: National firm currently seeks an Employment & Labor Associate Attorney.
This role will primarily involve employment litigation claims including discrimination claims in federal and state court and administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and the Division of Human Rights. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with employment litigation experience who is looking to take the next step in their career by joining a growing team of a national law firm.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Must be admitted to practice in New York State
2 - 4 years of defense litigation experience
Employment and labor litigation experience
Experience with discrimination defense, labor grievances and arbitrations, and public accommodations claims
Knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedure
Excellent litigation and writing skills required
Legal project management experience is helpful
