Los Angeles, CA: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join thier labor and employment department for their Los Angeles office. In addition to a strong employment litigation background, substantial experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling is required. Traditional labor law experience (NLRB, PERB, grievances/arbitrations and support for collective bargaining) is desired. Prevailing wage experience or interest is a plus. Candidate must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Strong academic credentials are required.
