Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA: Global firm seeks an attorney to join the Labor & Employment Team as a non-partnership track salaried staff attorney in their Los Angeles or San Francisco offices. The position will be bonus eligible. The successful candidate will be expected to manage cases and must be interested in and capable of taking the lead in employment litigation matters in state and federal court and arbitrations, where necessary. An attorney in this position will also be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of 1400 hours. Applicants should have at least at least five years of employment litigation experience in California, including experience taking and defending depositions and handling hearings. Trial or arbitration experience a plus. The successful candidate must have a strong academic record, and exceptional analytical and writing skills. California bar membership required.
