Los Angeles, CA: Full service firm seeks to hire a senior associate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience for its employment and labor law practice. The successful candidate will provide substantial employment law advice and counseling and will be in a lead role for employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment counseling (including termination and discipline, leave administration, wage/hour issues, reductions in workforce, employment and related agreements, personnel policies and employee handbooks) and employment litigation, including class actions in federal and state court, and agency proceedings (including DFEH, EEOC, and DLSE).
