Washington, DC: Large firm is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of sophisticated experience in at least two of the following areas to work with the firm’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits and Domestic and International Tax and teams – transactional tax, tax-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, equity compensation and welfare benefit plans. The attorney would work with a group of 20 employee benefits and tax professionals in multiple offices of a 600+ lawyer firm. We are looking for an attorney with strong analytic, writing and verbal skills, strong academic credentials and preferably. An LL.M. in Tax and accounting experience are also preferable.
