The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years’ experience in employment litigation and transactional employment work, including wage and hour class lawsuits; drafting of EEOC position statements and DFEH responses; conducting witness interviews and depositions; and preparation of employment and severance agreements. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs is also desired. Superior academic and writing credentials along with California bar admission required.
