Miami, FL: National firm seeks an attorney with 3 to 6 years of business immigration experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling a full range of U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as Provisional Waivers, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, J-1, L-1, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, PERM process, and audits of employees' Employment Eligibility Verification (Forms I-9) by the Department of Homeland Security and during investigations by the Department of Labor. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Fluency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
