Employment Associate

Boston, MA: A mid-size Boston based law firm representing regional, national and international clients, is seeking an employment associate to join its growing Employment Group. The associate will be focused on counseling employers on various workplace issues, including wage and hour, discrimination, noncompetition, worker classification, discipline, and hiring and termination issues, preparing employment agreements and non-competition agreements, reviewing and revising employee handbooks and other policies, and also work on executive employment and separation agreements, executive compensation arrangements and employment-related due diligence in connection with corporate transactions.
