Labor and Employment Associate

Los Angeles, CA: AmLaw200 firm seeks to hire an associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience for its employment and labor law practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive employment litigation experience (under the FEHA and the California Labor Code) in both single plaintiff and class action cases. National Labor Relations Act experience is required, including traditional labor relations law experience and litigation before the NLRB.
